Ok…well, I prefer to be Pleasantly Ridiculous as Karper had called me early on process of the book I’m illustrating for him, I was put into a pleasantly dark mood when I was undressing for my shower to Rob Zombie’s ‘Living Dead Girl’. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you’ve had an incredibly long and exhausting day/week/month. Go on…do a little dance. You know you enjoy it!
Let’s just say I don’t want to work another inventory week again…so I’m praying this book of Karper’s turns into the real deal for me before too long. My candi-coated coworker is beginning to believe I’ve flown the coop when I started obsessing over a cute squishy fluffy cow plush I bought as soon as I clocked out after my 10 hour work day. What can I say? Since a certain author I know REFUSES to give me back my favorite movie, the cow was the only thing I had to look forward to. I just love the way his cute white dotted black eyes look up at me when I hug him close to my chest. ^_^ Then again…I can imagine just about any guy feeling the same way if given the chance. XD
Though I’m beginning to wonder about my obsession with farm animals. I once had a goat…another cow…which the goat reminds me of Karper’s neighbors…not to mention the cows that reside in the farm across the road from him. Hmm…if you think about the way things have played out for the past year, was I meant to move up here? Are these just another subtle cosmic sign that some kind of fortune is in my future…?
YES! Of course! Much like my dream I had where we had a picnic on a grassy hill, the grass alone predicted fortune for writers and artists! More good signs that this book shall be a success, and I will have my dad’s dream come true; being that I’ve made some kind of career with the use of my two degrees! WEEE!
I sooo want an Irish carbomb at the tavern now!
Oh! And here’s some even better news! I have walls in my living room and dining room again! HUZZAH!

Hmmm...can't say as I've ever danced before my shower...now, AFTER my shower in the privacy of my bedroom is another matter (LOL!)
ReplyDeleteMay all your dreams come true, Fred...okay, the good ones, of course!
